Terms & conditions
To make sure that you can enjoy your holiday we have clearly put together a list of terms & conditions.
BOOKING ADVANCE FEE
You have a room through the reservation form on our website and you will receive an answer to this booking which includes a calculation of costs. From that moment on, the room remains in option for a period of 7 days. Your reservation becomes final after payment of a minimum deposit of 50%.
For bookings less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount has to be paid within 5 days after reservation.
THE RESIDUAL AMOUNT AND OTHER CHARGES
The remaining amount has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If you are not paid within this period, your booking will be canceled and canceled.
Meals and beverages (except breakfast) are not included in the room rate and are paid at the end of your stay in Hungarian Forint (HUF) or EURO.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your booking you must inform us by email. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email within 24 hours. A cancellation is only valid if confirmed by us.
Cancellation fee € 25,00 minimum.

Note:
Once your holiday has started, there is no refund in case of early departure.
In case of cancellation, the above conditions are applied, whatever the reason for your cancellation.
We recommend you to take a reliable travel and / or cancellation insurance !!
On arrival, you are welcome from 3 PM. We welcome you with a free drink and we will give you some information. On the day of departure you have to check out before 10.30 am.
Tisza Lodge is open from April 15th until October 15th.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Inside the guesthouse smoking is prohibited! All our rooms are No Smoking! If you want to smoke, you can smoke outside, in the garden. Smoking on the terrace is prohibited during breakfast (between 08 and 10 AM)!
